$1.00 not enough?

I have a new announcement to make and would like your feedback about this. Due to the increasing demand of photocopied notes (from the server), i had to inform everyone that the social fund of $1.00 every month is not enough to support our needs on 'photocopied notes'. Every month, the total social fund of our class is $20.00. Our previous collected fund can support our needs for the next 2 months, but we might have fund shortages after that. Why is that? Just this month, we spend nearly $40.00 on the notes itself deducting half of our previous fund. After discussion, we figure out that if the social fund for each person is increase to $2.00 each month, the probability of having fund shortages is minimal. Wassup peeps! Just droppin by this blog and saw Ammar's post who wanted someone to post something about something else (My words are making sense right? Haha). Well, for the sites which might help us in studies, I'm not sure yet. Haven't got the time to check it yet. I'm scared that the sites are not relevant too. (Sekadar satu alasan untuk menghindarkan agar orang ramai menyangka yang saya ada mencari website-website tentang pelajaran!Hehe).
BUT (it's a big BUTT, opps, I mean, BUT) *I'm not gonna be ban from this blog right?*, for sites which is interesting or fun to read or browse through, here's some list I can share:

Some people are asking about social fund payment and i would like to make things clear that the collections date is similar like last year that is on the 12th of every month.. if the date falls in friday or sunday or on public holiday, the collection will automatically start the next day or the moment the schools reopen..
